Guess what? I'm in a net cafe on my lunch break. Sad, but true. But I just had to tell you stuff.

So I just came back from my ortho appointment. Do you want the good news first, or the bad news?

Yeah I always want the bad news first too. *grin*

Bad news: I definitely need tooth realignment, and Invisalign just isn't gonna cut it. Nor is a plate/retainer. So it's the good ole clear braces brackets for me.

Good news: I'll only need them for 9 months instead of the 2 years I originally feared, and they'll only cost me $1100, instead of $2500. Woohoo!

I just recently recieved braces for $1700 vs. what I thougt to be ~$3000, and guess how long I have to wear them... 9 months. I just saw this entry and had to say that, isn't that veird?

Every dentist I've ever gone to has asked me if I've had braces in the past. Apparently, my teeth are naturally very straight. Not to rub it in or anything...
